Accessing information on the competition?

I've been in the process(researching) of opening an Irish pub in Albany Oregon since last July, but I'm having a difficult time accessing start up information on other restaurants in my area. This information would be very valuable in showing how much I am able to reduce my overall start up costs in comparison to my competition just by using some constructive brainstorming. Can you direct me to a specific website or know of a way I can get a rough estimate(breakdown)of these start up costs.
